1. Booking & Payment
- Reservations: Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required to secure the reservation.
- Payment: The remaining balance is due up on arrival prior to the tour start date.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit card, cash, bank transfer.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 30 – 11 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- 10 – 2 days before departure: 90% refund.
- 1 days or less before departure: No refund.
- No-shows: No refund.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour.
3. Tour Prices
- Prices are per person and in USD.
- Prices may vary depending on the season, group size, and chosen options.
- Prices include transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees, guide services.
- Prices exclude Tips, drinks, personal expenses, optional activities.
4. Tour Changes
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We will make every effort to inform you of any changes in advance.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred by clients during the tour.
- Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
- We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
6. Complaints
- Any complaints must be brought to the attention of our tour guide or representative immediately.
- We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
7. Data Protection
- We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
9. Acceptance
