Welcome to Enjoy Egypt Tours. By booking a tour, transport service, or cruise with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payments
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Confirmation will be sent to you via email once payment or deposit is processed.
All prices are listed in USD (or local currency equivalents) and include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise in the "Excludes" section.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled tour/transfer start time will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the service date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
3. Tour Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, routes, or timings due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, security reasons, or official closures of archaeological sites.
In the event of minor itinerary adjustments, alternative sites of equal value will be offered where possible.
4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the arrival date) and appropriate entry visas for Egypt.
5. Health & Personal Safety
Travelers are advised to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering personal health, accidents, lost luggage, and trip cancellations.
Enjoy Egypt Tours is not responsible for personal injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal property during the tour.
6. Customer Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and regulations at all times.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant demonstrating disruptive or unsafe behavior without eligibility for a refund.
